The Boy Who Cried Wolf (2018)

FARMER PEABODY - Eligah Fitch

Elijah is a sophomore at Leander High School and is so excited to be playing the role of Farmer Peabody in The Boy Who Cried Wolf.  He has had an amazing time with all the new people he has met since being in the show. Elijah would like to thank his parents for being so supportive of all that he does and the Cedar Park Theatre Company for giving him the opportunity to be in this awesome show. 

WIDOW STUMP- Adison Roberts

Adison is a Sophomore at Leander High School! This is her second show with the Cedar Park Theatre Company and she is very excited to be portraying Widow Stump in this year’s production of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. She has portrayed many other roles including a member of the ensemble in Pippin, an Ancestor in The Addams Family, and Titania in CPTC’s production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream last summer. She would like to thank you all for coming and supporting community theatre!

PENNY - Sophie Montani

Sophie is going into her Junior year at Leander High School! This is her first production with the Cedar Park Theatre Company and she has loved spending time with the cast and working on the show! She will be portraying the part of Penelope Stump and has been apart of many other musicals such as The Addams Family, Pippin, Xanadu and Curtains. She would like to give a big thank you to her directors and everyone involved with the production and she hopes you enjoy the show!

POPPA JOHN- Jacob Vaughan

Jacob Vaughan enters his second show with CPTC as Poppa John, with his first being Puck from last year’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.  Jacob has explored many roles onstage and offstage as well as in theatre and in film. His true passion, however, is in his writing, which he plans to use to pursue his dream of being a well known filmmaker and hip hop artist. Jacob would like to thank everyone, family and friends, who have supported him in all that he does and aspires to be. He specifically states, “It could not at all be done without them.”

JAMIE - Adam Romer

Adam is a Freshman at Leander High School. This is his 1st show through the Cedar Park Theatre Company and is humbled to have received the role of Jamie. Some of his most recent roles include portraying Pugsley Addams in The Addams Family along with Danny Zuko in Grease. He would like to give a special thanks to his family for all their support! He hopes you enjoy the show!

WOLF - Katie Pizer

My name is Katherine Pizer and I am a Senior at Leander High School. This is my first production with the Cedar Park Theatre Company as the Wolf/Villager and I’ve had a blast working alongside my director and friends. I’ve been doing theatre for the past 6 years and I’m very excited to share this performance with you! I want to thank my director, Linda Major, my parents and my fellow thespians, Addy Roberts and Adam Romer for always supporting and pushing me to do my best. Enjoy the show!

Erika has enjoyed participating in theatre since her first theatre summer camp experience.  She chose theatre and dance in sixth grade as an elective and eventually evolved to advanced theatre and drill team.  In her seventh and eighth grade years she did some directing, but really enjoyed doing the musicals "Grease" and "42nd Street", where she used a combination of her acting and dance talents.  She is excited about joining the advanced theatre group at Leander High School.  She is thrilled at the opportunity to work with Mrs. Major and rejoin many of her former theatre friends during this production.

VILLAGER - Lizzie Hope

I first stepped on the dance stage when I was 3 years old, and immediately fell in love with performing. I started acting when I was 7 years old. I enjoy all aspects of acting including theatrical, dance, and singing! I look forward to many more future performances at Leander High School!

VILLAGER - Bella Kent

VILLAGER - Reagan Komendera

Reagan is a rising IB Sophomore at Leander High School and participated in The Addams’ Family Musical and all Freshman productions this year.  Reagan started acting at age ten throughout Austin and is an alumna of Austin Shakespeare and four CYT productions, including the role of Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof.  She is an avid competitor in Forensic Speech and Acting, consistently placing for the last six years.  She is a Senior Airman and Flight Commander with the Air Force JROTC.  She plays guitar, harp, and any stringed instrument.  Thank you for coming to support CPTC- Enjoy the Show!

David is going to be a eighth grader next year and is a part of the Running Brushy Theater Company, he is in the Advanced class. He was Head costume in Grease and was Andy Lee in 42nd St. He is happy he gets the opportunity to be in The

MUSIC DIRECTOR - Janice Luce

Janice is a 20-year residence of Cedar Park and alongside her husband Duane Teets, raised four children in this great community. As the founder and director of the nationally acclaimed youth performance troupe, Outside Voices, she has guided and inspired youth to find their voice, and give back to the Greater Austin Area since 2009.  Janice is a private voice and music instructor, who has authored and directed youth musicals for over 20 years. She is tremendously grateful to be a part of the genesis of Cedar Park Theatre Company and overjoyed to be an eyewitness as the bloom unfolds.

MUSIC INTERN - Cade Teets

Cade Teets is a Music Education major at Texas State University and plans to teach High School Band after graduation. Cade graduated in 2017 from Leander High School and participated in High school band all four years, leading the program to a 3A Grand National Championship in 2016 and placing 6th in the Nation!

LIGHTS - Andy Chiu

Andy is a Sophmore at Leander High School. This is his first year doing tech for the Cedar Park Theatre Company. He has previous tech experiences as he has done lighting numerous times for many productions by Leander High School and looks forward to doing more later. 

SOUND - Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis (Lighting/Sound Design) teaches Technical Theatre at Leander High School and has his Bachelors Degree in Theater from UCLA.  Mr. Davis has over 20 years of experience in the theater industry as an actor, director, designer, and playwright.  Favorite projects include his work as playwright for a stage adaptation of The Yellow Wallpaper (Agape Theatre), director of Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, Private Lives, Picnic, and Bonhoeffer’s Cost (Agape Theatre), projection designer for Rock of Ages (Georgetown Palace) and set designer for Shrek (Milam Community Theater), Blithe Spirit, and The Addams Family (Leander HS – GAHSMTA Nomination).

Camryn Lamontagne is a Senior at Leander High School. She is a 3 year member of ZACH’s Pre-Professional Company and 8 year member of Impact Dance Company. Her most recent shows include Addams Family (Leander HS), Urinetown (Oklahoma City University), and Blithe Spirit (Leander HS). She is currently in Beauty and the Beast at ZACH Theater. Camryn plans on studying Musical Theatre in college and make a career of choreographing and performing in the future. She would like to thank Maj for giving her the opportunity to choreograph for The Boy Who Cried Wolf.
